Orders can be placed up to 1 day in advance for Trent Hills, best selection on orders placed earlier. We recommend that orders be placed 10 days before the delivery date for best selection. Orders less than 10 days have a higher risk of items being unavailable. We advise having flowers delivered 1-4 days before your event depending on order size to ensure that you have time to arrange with them.

Please note, orders anywhere outside of Trent Hills need to be placed at least 10 days in advance for us to coordinate with our weekly drive down to Toronto.

Yes. Your order can be picked-up at our farm. Please make sure to coordinate pick-up day/time with us to ensure we do not miss you when working in the market garden.

Pick-up is free and can be an order of any size.

Free delivery is available on all orders over $100 in Trent Hills.

Outside of Trent Hills, including (Toronto, Durham, PEC, Northumberland, Peterborough) Free delivery on select delivery dates is available on all orders over $300.

We do not deliver on orders under these prices for wholesale flowers.

Most bunches are 10 stems, but it will vary depending on the flower.

Given the nature of the fresh-cut flower flower farming, we may need to make product substitutions on your order. These may include changes to flower types, sizes, and colors. This may not occur until the day before your delivery date. For major changes we will make every effort to contact you via phone and email to discuss your options, so please be available if possible. For minor changes, or if we cannot contact you in time, we will make every effort to make substitutions compatible with your order selections. Any reduction of value will be credited back to your payment method.

We will prepare your order for Thursday / Friday pickup or delivery for Trent Hills customers. Free delivery is available on all orders over $100 in Trent Hills.

We deliver to Toronto on Wednesday's of each week at The Local Flower Collective. If you are unable to create an account with the collective, we would be happy to chat about pick-up/ delivery in Toronto and surrounding areas. Please note, we need these types of orders in 10 days before expected delivery.

We sell flowers by the bucket to retail florists, studio florists, event planners, and direct to customers for DIY events.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure you are happy with the products you receive. However, flowers are perishable and can be sensitive to time and temperature. Any issues or concerns with your order must be reported with photo documentation via email at info@thelittlefarmthatcould.ca within 24 hours. We are always willing to work with you to solve these issues and
